We often only share completed projects so we thought it would be fun to take you behind the scenes of one of our most recent projects. This complete home remodel has come a long way from the disheveled, flooded home we started with. Relocated the staircase allowed for a more open concept upstairs with an added bathroom and office.

This was the original living room. We removed the wall and relocated the fireplace to the right wall.

Here is almost the same view. We did a fun paneling that continues up the new staircase and you can catch a glimpse of one of the kitchen islands and pantry.

This space is now the family room and kitchen.

Here is the kitchen with double islands. One for cooking the other for storage and entertaining.

We love designing spaces of all sizes but designing condos is one of our favorite challenges. This kitchen had a large laundry/storage/awkwardness right in the middle of the space. Once we took down the walls we realized there were a few pipes that we needed to work around. Our solution was to create and bookshelf one one side that faced the living room and counter storage on the opposite side that serviced the kitchen. We had to design custom shelves and work around the strange angles that the pipes created. This kitchen was small but full of storage!

The master bathroom in this condo is one of our favorites. The walker zanger tile just makes the space so gorgeous.
