Project Tour // Adena Project

We had so much fun transforming this formal living and dining room into a space that our client could entertain and feel relaxed. The sofa, ottoman, living room chairs and dining chairs are from our new upholstery line available in the shop. We used a creamy grey fabric for the main sofa, a gorgeous velvet on the living room chairs and blended those together with a cognac leather ottoman. We had the dining room credenza and sliding barn door painted a dark grey to add some contrast in the room and kept the decor simple with creams, greys and whites.

Project Tour // Monterey Craftsman

We furnished this craftsman home in Coronado California. The home was very heavy on wood tones between the wood floors, baseboards, moulding, doors and shutters. Our goal was to keep a nod to the craftsman style but soften the home with gorgeous textiles, muted colors and soothing decor. The home is blocks from the beach and we felt that having a coastal feel was important in each space.

Project Tour // Rancho Santa Fe

This custom Rancho Santa Fe home was one of our favorite projects to date. Graphic tile, warm wood floors and stunning architectural features make this home a show stopper. We worked with the home owners from the beginning construction stages to plan every detail of this house.

Project Tour // 1st Street

If we could just work with this one client for the rest of our career we would be in heaven. We had so much fun designing this gorgeous home in Coronado, CA. The home was older and had been through a few renovations over the past few decades leaving it with a major identity crisis. We tried to keep the home true to its original designs but with some modern updates.

Project Tour // Aruba Bend

I realized we say every project is our favorite but this one really was! We remodeled this house down in the Coronado Cays for the most adorable couple. Nicolls Design Build did the construction and we designed a kitchen, living room, dining room, master bathroom, guest bathroom and three bedrooms. We kept this space bright, light and airy with pops of black finishes. Our show stopper is the giant wood beaded chandelier in the dining area.

Project Tour // Coronado Beach Cottage

Some of our favorite projects have been smalls spaces. We design this tiny Coronado beach cottage a few years back. It is a small one bedroom, one bathroom cottage with a wonderful backyard and a quaint kitchen and living area. We went with a more medium toned wood floor through out and kept the color palette light and beachy.
